Registration is required for attendance at all sessions.

Please note this year's conference will be held from Friday November 23 to Sunday November 25, 2007.

Conference Fees

The conference registration fee includes attendance at all sessions, receptions, the Gala dinner and a complete registration package including full conference program, which includes a compilation of abstracts from the papers presented. Presenters will also receive lunch. If other participants would also like to have lunch at the university dining hall, please inform us in advance. This year, instead of a final banquet, we will be having a closing reception with keynote speaker.

Advance payment:
     20 Euros (or equivalent in Romanian Lei)

Payment upon arrival:
     35 Euros (or equivalent in Romanian Lei)

Exemption of Conference Fees

Participants from other universities and institutes which have a reciprocal arrangement with us are exempt from the conference fees. As well, some of our sponsors have covered fees for presenters enrolled in accredited Romanian universities (regardless of whether or not they are Romanian citizens).

Refund Policy

The registration fee is non-refundable, except in the case of submitted abstracts that are rejected for presentation at the conference, which will be refunded upon request. To request a refund for a rejected abstract, please email us with the words "Request for Refund" in the subject line:
