Presentation Length

Presentations should be no more than twenty minutes in length. Presentations will be followed by a 5-10 minute discussion period.

Meeting Rooms

All meeting rooms come equipped with a podium with a light, a laser pointer, an overhead projector and a video projector with computer.

Presentation Preview

Facilities will be available for previewing slide and PowerPoint presentations.

PowerPoint Presentations

* A computer and digital projector is provided in each session for PowerPoint presentations.
* Please bring presentations on one of the following digital storage devices: 700MB  CDR or CDRW or Portable USB storage device.
* Please label digital storage media with the name of the presenter.
* All PowerPoint presentations must be in one of the following file formats: PowerPoint 97/98/Me/2000/XP/2003.

Slide Presentations

* Please bring all slide presentations in a standard slide carousel.
* Please label slide carousels with the presenters name.
