Deadlines

The deadline for presenters to submit their abstracts is 30 September 2007. If you wish to present but are unable to send us your abstract by this date, please contact us in advance.

The deadline for registering at the conference (for participants who will not present) is 30 October 2007.

1. Registering by Email

To register by fax, please download and print out the DOC version of the registration form and fax the completed form, along with your credit card information, to:

Please note that payment for emailed registrations requires you to either send later a cheque or money order, make a bank transfer or pay at the door.
 

2. Registering by Postal Mail

To register by mail, please download and print out the DOC version of the registration form and mail the completed form, along with your payment (cheque or money order accepted; please make cheques or money orders payable in Euros) to:
